Mr. Rafeedie is a partner of the firm. He has extensive trial and appellate experience with complex commercial and business litigation matters, including class action litigation involving unfair competition, Proposition 65 and false advertising. Mr. Rafeedie also handles securities brokerage litigation, commercial and residential real estate litigation, and other general contract and business tort litigation. Mr. Rafeedie also has extensive experience in representing clients in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including private mediation and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS). As part of his commercial and business litigation practice, Mr. Rafeedie has represented The Black & Decker Corporation, Kwikset Corporation, Price-Pfister, Inc., Leatherman Tool Group, Inc., K2 Inc., American Flourescent Corp., Camisasca Automotive Manufacturing, Inc. and IDS Real Estate Group.
Mr. Rafeedie also maintains a general corporate and commercial real estate practice. His corporate practice includes general business advice and representation from entity formation through dissolution. Mr. Rafeedie’s real estate practice includes real estate acquisition, disposition, and leasing, and he has provided representation to owners, tenants, buyers, sellers, and commercial and industrial real estate brokers.
